اختتم المعهد اليمني للمديرين وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية الـ IFC يومي السبت والاحد الموافق 15 و 16 ابريل 2017 الجزء الثاني من برنامج عضو مجلس الادارة المعتمد بنسخته الرابعة والموجه نحو استراتيجية الشركات والبنوك بالإضافة الى كافة الجوانب التنظيمية والتي تهم أعضاء مجالس الادارات وترتب العلاقة بينهم وبين الأطراف ذات العلاقة من مساهمين وملاك وإدارة تنفيذية بالإضافة الى التركيز على جانب تخطيط تتابع السلطة بين الأجيال هذا وقد حضر البرنامج متدربين من مختلف الشركات والبنوك اليمنية.
اختتم المعهد اليمني للمديرين وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية الـ IFC يومي الأربعاء والخميس الموافق 29 و30 مارس 2017 الجزء الأول من برنامج عضو مجلس الإدارة المعتمد والموجه نحو الأمور الإدارية والتنظيمية والمالية والقانونية منها والتي تهم أعضاء مجالس الإدارات وذلك ضمن برنامج عضو مجلس الإدارة المعتمد في نسخته الرابعة، هذا وقد حضر البرنامج متدربين من مختلف الشركات والبنوك اليمنية.
اختتم المعهد اليمني للمديرين بالتعاون مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية يومي 10-11 مايو 2017 الجزء الرابع والأخير من البرنامج التدريبي سلسلة تطوير مهارات أعضاء مجالس الإدارات وقد تناول هذا الجزء الجوانب المالية من حوكمة الشركات وعلاقتها بالقوانين اليمنية والتشريعات، شارك في البرنامج الذي يمتد على مدار شهرين بمختلف أجزاءه خمسه وعشرون شخصية من أعضاء مجالس الإدارات وكبار المدراء والذين أشادوا بجودة البرنامج بشكل عام لأهميته في تعزيز نجاح أعمالهم على المدى القريب والبعيد.
تم عقد الإفطار السنوي الخاص بأعضاء نادي الأعمال اليمني يوم الاثنين 17 رمضان الموافق 12 يونيو 2017 م في مقر النادي وقد حضر اللقاء قرابة 40 شخص من رجال وسيدات الاعمال اليمنيين، وقد ابتدء الإفطار الساعة 6:40 ثم اصطف المدعوين لصلاة المغرب في جماعة ثم بدء المدعوين بتناول العشاء، وبعد ذلك قام الأمين العام المساعد الأخ احمد جمعان بتقديم كلمة عبر فيها عن سعادته بتجدد لقاء فريق النادي بالأعضاء المتواجدين في اليمن وقد شكر فيها الحضور على حضورهم وتفاعلهم في إنجاح النشاط، كما قام الأخ احمد جمعان بإدارة نقاش مختصر مع الأعضاء حول أدوار النادي المقترحة والتي يمكن من خلالها تحقيق أهدافه في خدمة الأعضاء.
