On Wednesday and Thursday, February 22-23, 2023, the Yemeni Institute of Directors (YIoD) implemented the second part of the Board Member Series program BDS-10  with the IFC methodology, in its tenth run, for members of the board of directors of elite Yemeni companies. During this part, the role of the board of directors was discussed in Managing the company’s strategy, the interaction between the board of directors and the company’s management, and many of the topics that were addressed in the aspect of planning and succession of power. The issue of involving women in boards of directors and senior leadership was also discussed.

The Yemeni Institute of Directors (YIoD), one of the Yemeni Business Club (YBC) projects, implemented the first part of the Accredited Board Member Series program for the tenth run.
