As part of the activities of the awareness forum on corporate governance concepts, the Yemeni Institute of Directors in cooperation with the Yemeni Association for Business Development held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 the awareness workshop on the concepts of governance for small and medium companies in Yemen, where the workshop focused on communicating the concept of governance and its importance in light of the current economic conditions in Yemeni companies and some Suggested solutions for companies to maintain their progress and sustainability in light of applying best corporate governance practices
