The Yemeni Institute of Directors (YIoD), in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), concluded on Sunday, November 18th the first part of the BDS Program – the sixth edition, with a diverse participation of representatives of Yemeni companies and banks, where the program focused on The principles and rules of governance, composition and evaluation of boards of directors.
